Ocularis is another IP exploration which is a death game that takes place in an art gallery. I am very inspired by performance art and the lengths artists will go to showcase art. In this case this art exhibition is for a new level of art lovers, who see the artistic contrast between life and death. If You die in Ocularis you become a part of the art.
This was a very fun project since I wanted to do something more abstract than usual. I was really excited about procedural generated textures with shaders on enemies, which generated the idea to do something more abstact. Ocularis consists of different levels, with different threats in every level. I made it in Blender and finished up in Photoshop.
